Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless your item is defective, damaged/lost during shipping, or you received the wrong product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at pomocollectables@outlook.com if there is any issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos or proof of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a shipping label to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable under any circumstance, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will coordinate an exchange for the correct item after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll notify you if a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at pomocollectables@outlook.com
