Shipping Policy – PoMo Collectables (Domestic Only)

At PoMo Collectables, we strive to provide a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all our domestic customers. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship domestically within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

All product prices on our store include the cost of shipping. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

4. Delivery Time

  • Domestic delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipment Method

  • Orders will be shipped via reputable domestic carriers.
  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided if applicable. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
  • PoMo Collectables is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • PoMo Collectables is not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pomocollectables@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. To process your claim, evidence such as photos of the damaged packaging or item, or documentation from the delivery/carrier service confirming loss, will be required.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
